This is last year's Assembly bill (that never made it to the floor for vote thanks to Sheldon Silver). While this bill is not available for viewing yet, I don't suspect there will be too many changes. Once we have a bill for 2011, I will be sure to keep everyone posted as soon as I have a link. But, please, educate yourselves and read what is being discussed.
